Ingredients
- 2 cups chopped kale
- 1 cup soy milk
- 1 cup fresh spinach
- 1 banana, broken into chunks
- 1/4 cup frozen raspberries
- 1/4 cup frozen pineapple chunks
Directions
- Blend kale, soy milk, spinach, banana, raspberries, and pineapple together in a blender until smooth.
