- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoons virgin coconut oil
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 2 cups hot coffee
- 1 pinch ground cinnamon
- Place egg, coconut oil, and butter in a blender. Add hot coffee; blend on low until combined, about 1 minute. Pour into a coffee cup and sprinkle cinnamon on top of the froth.
- Substitute 1 teaspoon MCT oil for the coconut oil, if desired.
- I prefer grass-fed butter.
Per Serving: 207 calories; 21.9 g fat; 0.6 g carbohydrates; 3.5 g protein; 108 mg cholesterol; 81 mg sodium.
