- 2 cups water
- 2 black tea bags
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon, divided
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cardamom pods
- 1 pinch ground allspice
- 1 pinch ground ginger
- 1 pinch ground nutmeg
- 1 pinch ground cloves
- 1 pinch salt
- 1/2 cup almond milk
- 1/2 teaspoon erythritol
- Bring water to a boil in a small saucepan over medium heat. Add tea bags, 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon, vanilla extract, cardamom, allspice, ginger, nutmeg, cloves, and salt; simmer for 20 minutes. Discard tea bags and strain tea.
- Heat almond milk with erythritol in a saucepan over medium heat. Mix with tea and divide between 2 mugs; sprinkle remaining cinnamon on top.
Per Serving: 33 calories; 1.1 g fat; 5.2 g carbohydrates; 0.5 g protein; 0 mg cholesterol; 127 mg sodium.
