Ingredients
Waffle:
- 6 tablespoons almond flour
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tablespoon erythritol
- ¼ teaspoon baking soda
- ½ teaspoon cinnamon
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
- Non-stick spray (If you have an old waffle maker)
Cream Cheese Frosting:
- 2 tablespoons cream cheese
- 1 tablespoon erythritol
- 1 tablespoon heavy cream
- 2 teaspoons leftover batter
- ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
- ¼ teaspoon cinnamon
Directions
- Mix together all dry ingredients.
- Mix the wet into the dry.
- Put your batter on your waffle iron.
- While waffle is cooking, mix together the cream cheese filling.
- Cut waffle into quarters and spread cream cheese evenly over half the waffle.
- Put the non-frosted waffle quarters on top like a sandwich.
