Ingredients
- 1 cup Granulated sweetner (splenda, swerve, Stevia
- Salt
- 4 tbsp Cocoa Powder
- 6 oz Heaving whipping cream
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 2 Eggs
- ¼ cup Melted Butter
- 1 ¼ cups Unsweetened Coconut
- ¾ cup Chopped pecan halves
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350.
- Mix granulated sweetner, salt, and cocoa together.
- Add melted butter, heavy whipping cream, eggs and vanilla and stir until combined.
- Stir in coconut and nuts.
- Pour into a greased 9×9 pan and bake for 30 to 35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Remove and let cool completely.
