Keto Creme Brulee
Keto Creme Brulee

If you’ve never made Creme Brulee before because you were intimidated, give this recipe a try. It’s much easier than you think and it tastes every bit as decadent as the original version!

Now, of course, we’re keeping it Keto so instead of sugar, I brûlée the swerve granular and it worked just as well as regular sugar!

The best part is that the ingredient list for this creme brulee is short. You need just 4 ingredients.

  • Use a culinary torch to heat sweetener until melted and golden.

Best Creme Brulee recipe I have ever used. It’s simple but separating yolks from the whites is tedious. I use a very long thin set of tweezers to get out the chalaziones. Otherwise this is so creamy and delicious with a delicate vanilla flavor. It’s a hit every time I serve it!
