Keto Chocolate Cheesecake Jars

Ingredients
- Chocolate Cheesecake Layer:
1 cup cream cheese
1/2 cup cottage cheese
1 cup heavy whipping cream
1/3 cup sugar-free dark chocolate
1/3 cup powdered sweetener (Swerve)
1 tsp vanilla extract
- Ganache:
1/3 cup heavy whipping cream
1 tbsp unsalted butter
Directions
- For chocolate cheesecake layer place cream cheese, cottage cheese and heavy whipping cream into a bowl. Add the sugar-gree dark chocolate, Swerve and vanilla extract.
- Mix to process until smooth and creamy.
- Split the chocolate cheesecake layer between 6 small yars.
- For Ganache preparing heat up cream until hot. Add butter and leave to soften about 5 minutes before stirring until smooth and glossy.
- Top with the ganache.
- Enjoy!

- Refrigerate for 1-2 hours.
